Real Estate In San Clemente
Real estate in San Clemente can vary from the beach houses on the west side of the I-5 freeway, to the new homes inland in the Telega neighborhood. The old downtown area has a Spanish village feel with red tile roofs and lots of boutiques and shops. The beach centers around a pier. The nearby neighborhood is very picturesque and desirable.Further inland, Telega has lots of new homes and has quite a different flavor than regular San Clemente. There's also the Forester Ranch area, which is to the north end. Home prices have pretty much adjusted back to their 2004 levels. It's still a buyer's market for those of you who want to make the move to a beach city like San Clemente or get a vacation home near the ocean.
