The Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica stands out from the rest, with it's towering building on a very large, gated lot filled with trees, flowers and waterfalls. Part of the hotel is ten stories high, with a six story wing. In addition, there are over 30 bungalows on the grounds, offering peaceful seclusion. They even have private patios. Up in the Ocean Tower, there are rooms with ocean views.
The fitness center includes a sun deck, saunas, steam rooms and a jacuzzi in addition to the outdoor pool. Several types of equipment and weight machines are in the exercise room. Spa services are available as well. A beauty salon and a barber shop will get you and yours ready for a night out on the town.
In the lobby, there is the "Koi Pond Lounge", where you can order light fare and listen to live piano music.
"The Grille" restaurant features California cuisine and you can dine outdoors if you choose.
