Dana Point Marina

The Dana Point Marina in Dana Point California actually is divided into two marinas, east and west. There is a total of 2500 slips for boats. Of these, 50 are guest slips for visiting yachts.

There is a 10 lane launch ramp, a dry boat storage hoist and a fuel dock. The Dana Point Shipyard provides boat repairs and a marine hardware store.
The marina also boasts shopping areas, restaurants, boat rentals, a small beach,
sportfishing,
whale watching,
and
kayak rentals.
At the west end of the harbor is the
Ocean Institute,
which is a great place to bring kids to learn all about the ocean, sea life, and tall ships.
Benches and grassy areas throughout the marina allow people to sit and watch the boats cruising in and out of the harbor channel, or just enjoy the relaxed marine atmosphere. If you are a visiting boater, you can call the Harbor Patrol Office at 949-248-2222 to get information on anchoring in the marina. For guest slip reservations, call 949-496-6137.
